How Can We Trust
Whoever donates their money—whether little or much—without proper verification is mistaken, especially in a time when deception and hypocrisy have become widespread and trust has become scarce. Although we have taken several measures to ensure the highest possible level of transparency, we believe there are three ways anyone can follow to settle this matter with confidence:
First – Honor us with a visit to our headquarters in Al-Kadhimiya, on Bab Al-Murad Street — behind Al-A’imma Hussainiya (peace be upon them), near Jumeirah Hotel and Qaher Al-Asaar Clothing Store. There, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and review all the details and documentation you wish to see.
Second – You may request from us the names, addresses, and phone numbers of individuals managing the Mawkib’s work at the headquarters or in Baghdad. You are welcome to inquire about them through people you trust until you feel reassured. As an example, we can send you a video clip presenting the opinion of Sayyid Rasheed Al-Husseini (may God protect him) regarding the Iraqi Mawkib for Supporting Yemen.
Third – If a person does not choose either of the above options, or follows one of them and does not reach a satisfactory conclusion, they may rely on their own personal connections to find a fully trusted organization in Yemen to send and distribute donations through. What matters is not whether the donation goes exclusively through the Iraqi Mawkib for Supporting Yemen or any other organization. This is not about names—the important thing is that humanitarian aid reaches people who are being left to suffer hunger before the eyes of the world.
May Allah guide you to what He loves and is pleased with.
